Yes, they still have that 75% increase. Forts don't have any direct influence on strength anyway.

Militia
Militia has a 75% strength increase when fighting in "forest". It seems that "forest" is determined by the province the militia are in. If the miliyia are in fortifications located in a woods province do they still get that 75% increase?
