Morale and production
I understand that if surrounding provinces have less than 80% morale then that negatively affect the morale in your province, and vice-versa.
But what I'm not clear on is the morale effect on production/construction. Is any amount below 100% detrimental, or only percentage points below 80%?

I believe under 80% means slower unit production, while under 100% means less resources. You should, or at least after a few days have 100% in your cores for the rest of the game, and over 80% in the vast majority of provinces you own after a few days.

Provinces with 100% morale will produce 100% of the resources they are potential of producing.
A province's resource output linearly reduces to 25% production when reaching 0% morale.
Morale does not have an effect on construction/unit production times when it is at or over 80%.
