Morale expansion factor

An expansion penalty is added to the morale influences of your provinces once you start conquering the map. This is to counter balance rapid expansions and to add another challenge for the players who are already on top. You can counter it by building Propaganda Offices in your provinces, which add a positive morale influence to the province. Provinces with good morale also have apositive morale influence on surrounding provinces.

When your empire gets so big , there is an extra global penalty,unlike distance from capial penalty.

This one is the same value in all of your provinces.

Hi, yes thanks for these but it was very difficult to keep building propoganda offices when so close to a solo victory. Nearly lost it as still had to fight too to win.
