Morale of a truck driver

What if morale of a truck, carrying a plane or missile, drops too low? Can they just drive off or something?

Logicaly, if it drops below 1% it will be considered as destroyed.

If you want to ''fix'' the convoy or what's inside it, send it to some province with high morale (90+)
