Only for range weapons (artillery or rockets) and for planes, because these units will shoot at the province by "Attack" and go in by "Move".BeorntheBold wrote:
In the case of an enemy province that has no military units, if a unit is ordered to attack it, as opposed to being ordered to move to it, is there any difference?
Melee units march in by both orders and conquer a province fightless if there are no defending units.
(planes and rockets can not take or hold provinces)
Conversely, it makes no difference whether a unit with a march or attack command meets an enemy unit, it will attack in both cases.
