Move vs Attack Order

In the case of an enemy province that has no military units, if a unit is ordered to attack it, as opposed to being ordered to move to it, is there any difference?

Only for range weapons (artillery or rockets) and for planes, because these units will shoot at the province by "Attack" and go in by "Move".

Melee units march in by both orders and conquer a province fightless if there are no defending units.

(planes and rockets can not take or hold provinces)

Conversely, it makes no difference whether a unit with a march or attack command meets an enemy unit, it will attack in both cases.
