No, they all perform different ones. The best strategy is to put 5 or 6 in an empty province, then you will almost always see all their units.

Multiple milsab spies
If I use multiple milsab spies on a country, will they only perform one action?

I believe that 4-5 military spies in an empty rural province gives about an 80% chance of revealing all armies - if this stat has changed I haven’t seen anything to suggest it.Baracuda12 wrote:

not less than 5 spies. 4 times in row did not worked for me with only 4 spies. with 5 it was 4d in a row until i finished game.

Even 1 can work but 6 almost always guarantees it.
