Can you shotdown server

I want to delete my server bcs multys fill it

I hope you will answer me is there button for destroying server

You can't do that, you can report the players though.

Diplomacy > i (on the player you want to report) > report player

It is stupid

Can i send server in archive and hope that it will delete

No. It isn't a server anyway, it is a match on Bytro Labs server. If you archive it, all that will happen is you go inactive in-game.
