hi I've been trying to get back into this game lately so i downloaded it through steam the problem though is that every time I launch the game it sends me to a support ticket in game and it wont let me exit out of it without closing the game even when making a ticket and I know it isn't my account that is banned because the account works perfectly when i play through chrome. I've tried deleting and re downloading the game. what do i do?

So you say “lately” I assume that means you had a prior account. It is not possible to separate a cow account from a steam account, so if you deleted that old account you will not be able to access call of War through Steam.

that's the problem i haven't deleted the cow account and i know the cow account hasn't been deleted as i can still access the account through chrome

I see. Did you have this steam account associated with another cow account? Or did you have a different steam account associated with this Cow account?

i only had this cow account assosciated with this steam account never another and i never had another cow account associated with the steam account
