My units don't have a "Move" function why?

Its been entire day after the new update was release that few of my units don't have a "Move" function or my units don't even move anywhere even I use "Attack" or "Split" it only ends up saying Server Client.

Your browser is lying to you, showing you something that isn’t in the right place.

1) Close the game

2) Clear your browser cache for all time

3) Close and restart your browser

If the issue continues submit a bug report from the lower right corner of your game and a game operator can reset the connection.

I did what you say:

I close the game multiple times (Incognito or not)

Been clearing browser cache's

Even I restart my laptop still won't show
