i just purchased gold during that bonus but didnt get the bonus and the support link at the bottom of page doesn't work. how do i get customer service or some sort of help?

Please contact support either in game via the report a bug option in the settings cog or via the Call of War Support tab that is located at the end of your main Cal lof War account homepage and create a support ticket. By doing any of these steps this issue will be brought to the attention of those responsible in dealing with all gold and payment related issues.
