New games (World map or Pacific)

Can a dev please start a new game .. been trying to join a World100 or Pacific50 for 2 days now .. what’s going on

Why is there no response from support staff?

GOs and Mods are communicating the issues and some are being worked on.

Just keep in mind that Devs take Friday's off early and won't be available until tomorrow morning (depending on time zones of course)
