In the Total War series there were a group of folks that volunteered to redo and did redo the images.
Considering the limited pay time of coders in this company I would rather it be left to volunteers to provide if the company could put out the requirements, so that they could concentrate on a few other things like
1. A gold diet part of set up
2. new scenarios
3. making more interactions not less in market and diplomacy
etc
