- I think lvl4 tac bombers are dive bombers since they could be mounted on carriers, but I also think most of the naval bombers are dive/torpedo bombers.

differnce from naval bombers:1.faster 2. Use less oil and rescorces to produce
difference from interceptors planes:1. Can dive bomb(bomb ships
To make dive bomber: need a level 2 airfield and level 2 industrial complex
