i was told when I'd joined call of war i would get 7 days of high command to see what I think about it.

do you not get that now?

You still get the free high command but in order to get it you need to verify your email first.

have you checked your spam folder? Normally when you first create your account it will be sent to your email you provide and sometimes it gets sent to the spam folder.

Check that your email you gave to COW is correct. Your email looks like company email, not sure if they can auto block external emails sent to you

Send in a bug report from the lower right corner of your game and we can manually verify your email.
