why it is asking me my name ?? it is very weird ? I just want to report a player because insults
before learn my name , this new system never answer

Wouldn't it be quite funny if they asked for your real name. 
I guess they could ask for username instead of name, but that's not our decision. 
But to be honest... I don't really like that support bot thing, it would be cooler to have a normal contact form or something like that, where you can just write your E-Mail, username, what problem you have, maybe chose a category... like bug report, feedback, report player and so on... That would be cool. 
But yeah, let them do what they want, I guess they know what they are doing... Or at least I hope they know what they're doing.

Name for identifying your account.
E-Mail for contacting you and to proof that you know this e-mail (which proofs that it's your account)

You can't have a problem with that E-Mail thing.... You had to register your acc with an E-Mail, so where is the problem
