New support system

When I sent my first report I answered many question system asked many question I chose topic etc. after all of them it said we may not give answer to you

it is ok but now I want to send new reports I'm writing game ID's player names and what it is about abusive or multi etc.

but I dont get any answer or any question or it doesnt say even choose any topic for report

so it seems weird a bit are my messages going there ?

with previous system at least I was getting a message about 72 hours
