Hello i just started the game. I send my troop to attacks nearby a city. My troops almost arrived but just stand outside 23 min outside from the enemy city and cannot passed the Czech hedgehog.
To solve this, check if you need to send a siege unit or increase the siege capacity of your army. Some games require specific units to breach fortifications or obstacles. Also, verify if your city has the necessary technology or upgrades to overcome such defenses.

Did you declare war on that nation? Otherwise you cannot attack.
