can players see who is anonymous at newspaper with spies or anythingelse ?

You can figure out who an anonymous person is by either giving everyone share map, or declaring war one at a time, then checking in the enemies and allies tab, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

I couldnt find any war declaration at newspaper should I report them ?

If you report them, if it breaks the rules, I’m sure that the game will be able to figure out who they are and give them an appropriate punishment.

how should I report them ?? from article at newspaper or from map ( report a bug ) ?

If he gave you share map there might not be a newspaper arcticle. Also he might have guessed who you are...but that is unlikely

we are very far away from each other on map I havent any relationship with them I couldnt understand your first sentence ıf I give a player share map while he having still peace situation and I changed it to war there wont be a article about war ?

No if they give you share map, then change their relation to peace back again immediately they will see you for that tiny while. I think that’s what he meant,
