There isn't any. Can you give an example?
Non-combat attrition
Hi. Would someone explain to me, please, the attrition or degradation that occurs to units that are neither in combat nor forced marching? I'm not complaining (seems reasonable), I just don't understand it and want to know the mechanics of it.

Well... It just seems units (at least, frequently) lose strength for no apparent reason... just walking around... I know that spys can cause sabotage, but really, this phenomenon seems too common, way too common, for that explanation.
This has never happened to me? You donβt just randomly take damage for no reason. Youβll have to give an in detail example of something happening like this, or I could just pin it on accidentally turning on forces march and forgetting, planes or arty hitting you, missiles, and a thousand other ideas.
Yes, I suppose you are correct.
Please disregard the question.
Alright. Just remember that while it could be a glitch, unless you actually see it happen there is always the chance it could be something else.
Are you running out of resources?
I understand
