Nuclear Attack in own provinces not affecting own buildings

Hi all.

Out of desperation I sent my Nuclear Bomber to attack 3 oppo units in my own province.

Province have a Lev 2 Recruiting Station and a daily productivity of 900.

After the nuclear attack obviously enemy units disappeared

BUT

my Recruiting Station still 100% functioning and no morale drop.

Maybe morale will be updated at day change?

What is "awesome" is that my own building is not affected by my own Nuclear weapon

What do you think? (beside it's a nice gift )
