Nuclear Reactor

I have the lvl2 Nuclear power completed but there is still no option to build the reactor in either the buildings or secret research tabs. How do you build the reactor?

Your going to have to get to level 2, then is will show up in your build chart. What is your game number?

@Akulla3D, did they change it? It used to only be lvl 2.

Yes you are right. Misread that as level 1.
