Nuke damage

An ally nuked with a nuclear rocket a 112 stacked army after it landed there where still 73, it was direct hit, why does it not destroy the army?

Nuke’s don’t destroy everything in a region. Like all other weapons, it does damage. In this case, ALOT of damage, so that’s why it didn’t destroy the whole army.

39 killed units is a lot, I'd say!

I would say you are lucky that that unit does not have enough AA power of 30 defence counters to shoot that hell of a plane down.
