Can I hurt my own units(and allied units) with a nuclear launch or it's like rocket? (all damage to enemy only)

Nuke will damage/vaporize your own and allied units.

Commonly use 50 KM as the blast radius. For reference level 1 artillery have a 60 km range, so best to keep all friendly units at least artillery range away from the point of impact.

Plain rockets will not harm your own troops or allied troops.

Both Nuke bombers and Nuclear rockets have the 50 km blast radius
