nuke bombers need an airfield to launch, they can be called back if needed, but are easily shot down by fighters or AA
nuke rockets also need an airfield to launch, they can't be shot down, but can't be called back
basically they are normal bombers and rockets (except level 1 rockets which can be shot down) that do more damage and play a video of a b-29 dropping an a-bomb on a city
