Obvious Cheating

I am recently in a game where 3 players have extremely high win % of their games played and insane kill ratios vs players. They are not currently in a coalition together, but it is obvious they are working together (giving conquered cities to each other, etc.). To me it is obvious that multi accounting / farming is involved as well as heavy gold usage. That being said all three players are in a different alliance or none at all BUT all three have fantasy land / cartoon / anime style icons. I have seen this exact situation before in two previous games. Is there something I don't know about this situation...way to coincidental to be random?
