I don't think it's again German law. I'm not sure about German law, but international law says you can't display nazi signs (swastikas and the putting your arm in the Nazi position thing), but since Adolf Hitler was a historical person, I'm not sure it's illegal.
The past is a foreign country.

guess its allowed since its for "historic reasons", also I thought Adolf and all his nazi stuff was only banned in germany, since video games have them in all versions apart from the German one
