“on hold “ flair, on post ?

Kinda of a dumb question. On an old post of mine, I got a yellow thingy saying “ on hold “ which I am assuming it’s a post flair, but I have no idea what it means.

In most cases this means you added a “label” when you created the post. Staff rarely takes the time to go around and label things later.
