One Player playing multiple countries.

So.....I have played one game where the guy told me he was playing two countries. I didn't worry about it and one country went AI.

Now I have an ally in my coalition who is a terrible player. My ally and me think it is one person playing two countries and this comes from 15 days of watching playing style, dealing with communications drops (they are both sleeping) and one country send out 3 messages to 99 from the other of the two countries. He is a negative player for the coalition because he builds stacks of units on and inside the borders of his allies and basically does nothing else. One night, "he lost his phone charger" for 18 hours and we heard nothing from the "two players" while another country destroyed their transports that they could easily have defended.

Another note on the this topic (March 10 2021) said you need irrefutable truth. Well a lot of times I don't think we are going to get that. Can the game operators look for an identical ISP address. I guess it could always be two brothers out of the same house and only one is old enough for a phone???

So what is the answer?

Thanks.

Please submit a support ticket. We have numerous tools to investigate, and we almost always find enough proof when players are indeed multi-accounting.
