One Submarine vs Two Transport Ships

If I send a submarine to a point on the sea to waiting enemy transport ships while ıt is fighting with one when second ship come there will my submarine fight both of them at the same time ?? or other ship continue to its way ?

As long as they are going through the same point yes the sub will catch the second one as well.
