Ottoman Empire Playthrough HWW
On the morning of the fateful day, September 1, 1939, WW2 began. The Great War was supposed to be the last, but the failure of man and the League of Nations allowed for a powerful Germany and Japan to rise, while the Allies watched on with ignorance. Shifting our focus to our great country: Turkey. The Mirage assumed the role as Prime Minister on September 1, 1939 and along with his comrades lambasted the fact that in the Great War, the Allies had taken her land. So, within hours of being declared the Prime Minister, Mirage ordered the re-establishment of the Ottoman Empire, with the Mirage as the first Sultan of the reformed Empire.
Orders:
Within the first few hours, the Mirage ordered industrial plants to be built in Bursa, EskiΕehir, Antalya, and the capital Ankara.
The Mirage also decreed the creation of the Janissary Corps, which would be formed of elite Motorized infantry, and Medium tanks, specialty of the Turks.
To begin the re-establishment of the Empire, the Sultan chose not to provoke war with the Great Powers, and instead opted for the easiest and closest country, and a long-time enemy, Greece. After 2 hrs of preparations, the Ottoman forces invaded Greece, with cruisers bombarding shore forts all while bombers annihilated Greek front armies along with artillery. Within 3 months, a good chunk of Northern Greece had fallen, including the city of Thessaloniki.
When the Ottoman Empire has regained more strength in Europe, the capital shall be moved back to old position of Constantinople. Below is the current situation as of 12 hrs (3 months) (1 day = 6 months).
Productions thus far: 3 artillery, 1 cruiser, 3 tactical bombers, with motorized infantry, cruisers, artillery, and more tacs coming. On Day 2 (6 month mark), focus will be shifted to an elite tank force to prepare for the Yugoslav invasion as well as invasions in the Middle East.

When the Mirage awoke in the morning, he found a Greece all conquered except for Athens, strategically left there to help buff morale. However, a tragic thing had happened during the night. A militia regiment, en route to capture Heraklion was ambushed and destroyed by Greek militia. As punishment, ships will now pummel the island to oblivion.
Productions overnight: 3 artillery, 2 mot inf, 1 cruiser.
Casualties: RIP to 1 militia...

Recap of the first half of Day 2: The remnants of Greece were cleaned up, while the Elite Janissary Corps invaded Yugoslavia supported by tactical bombers and naval batteries. By the 9th month of the Mirage's leadership, the Ottomans had recovered all of Greece and most of Yugoslavia.
Productions: 3 Med tanks, 2 mot inf, 1 tactical bomber, 1 artillery.
Decrees by the Sultan:
Industrial Plants are to be upgraded to max level, while the Grand Fleet shall be supplemented with Battleships as well as cruisers and destroyers, to contest Great Power supremacy over the Aegean and the Mediterranean. Meanwhile, more medium tanks and mot infantry are to be built, and forces to prepare for offensives into Wallachia (Romania), and Iraq.

Update to the War of Reconquest.
Ottoman Janissaries have conquered all of Yugoslavia, with an elite Medium tank spearhead through Romania's major cities while the heavy guns are being brought in.
Production: 2 medium tanks (2 more incoming), 2 artillery, 1 cruiser.
Troops are also being readied for the conquest of British Egypt, with elite cruisers (battleships coming) to bombard while field armies are coming as well. The Mirage will then conquer Libya, Ethiopia, and Iraq.

Update to the Great Wallachian War (Day 3.5-now)
Elite tanks and artillery have spearheaded a great victory, with only pockets of resistance in the West to be picked off by artillery. Meanwhile, troops have entered British Egypt and have conquered much of the core of the country.
As a result of these great victories, the industrial capabitlites of the great Ottoman state have doubled. Troops will form a bridgehead into Iraq, Persia, and eventually, the USSR.

I have an idea for the next playthrough: Iβm going to start as Persia and create the Achaemenid Empire, it wonβt be easy, but it will be fun.

Update: Egypt and Syria have fallen.
Casualties: I lost 4 artillery and a med tank trying to preserve my 163-0 k/d ratioβ¦. RIP.
Productions: 6 artillery, 4 med tanks, 2 mot inf, 1 commando, 3 battleships.
Plans: The Ottomans will invade Persia next.
I have a question: there are two rival alliances: US-USsr and france-Germany.
which one do I join or do I not join any.

Ok. So I've kinda been forced by France to join his alliance, but I joined. I've finished off most of Italy except for Ethiopia. It's day 7, and I'm at 470 VP's followed by France at 370. I've now got 105 units, but France outnumbers me 2.6 to 1. I will stay in the coalition for now, but may leave depending on the cirmcumstances.
The Mirage had ordered in the past day a push into India, with most of the Indian subcontinent falling under Ottoman rule. Elite tanks storm the mountains of Tibet, with the West liberated from Indian control. With the passing of 6 more months, Germany has left the game, with only me, France, Japan, and Russia remaining active.
Armies have been moved into inactive Germany's lands, and will capture the territories when I am ready.
