Can anyone either relay in this thread or link me to another pertaining to the implications of running out of food. I'm running on the wire in one of my games and am curious about the effects it has on existing units. Specifically, do they suffer any condition loss and or suffer a combat penalty.. Many thanks.
when you run out of food all that happens is your provinces start to lose morale due to the shortage. You will also not be able to produce units that cost food or start research as easily either.
