Panjim

There is not a Panjim province added to the Historic World War map, instead it is part of the dharwar province India, while it should be a part of Portugal, there was a thread before on this, but no change was implemented.

Also, in world of war and pacific conquest, Calcutta is a rural province in Bangladesh while it should be a urban province of British Odisha if not THE capital of British Odisha.

If we talk specifically of British Odisha, we generally talk of the Odisha captured by the British East India Company. Calcutta is a city that has been a crucial trading hub in the east for India. The East India Company set Calcutta up as the base of their operations, and the city is one of the first true 'Metropolises' of India. This also was the administrative center for a pretty good while as well
