Patrol area
when I unite tactical and ınterceptors they have a big patrol area but only tactical bombers have a small patrol area so can they hit everything in big area when they unite ?

You could even add a naval bomber which has an even bigger radius, if the target is within the shorter range.
As to whether you should do this depends, sometimes you don't want all the ground troops in the radius.
A smaller radius means you get to pick off the weak, rather than having lots of AA shooting at you everytime
your patrol clicks.

Air stacks use the largest patrol area and the shortest range of the units in the stack.
