Permanently Ban

I was talking with other players about history of australia I said they were coming from prison usually prisoners from england it was about history we discuss it with other players kindly , after a moderator called james he is from australia he said dont talk about australia and he gave permanently ban to me ok maybe he cans say it was racism but I see a lot of example in day they got 24 hours ban for this why my ban permanently and any moderators dont answer about it ?? where is fair ?? I have been waiting for months
