Hey quick question which may have been answered somewhere in this forum already but i could not find it.
Do aircraft regen morale while stationed on a carrier at sea??? Or do you have to send the aircraft to a owned province to regen the morale?
Thanks.

Thank you for the clarification! So they will regen on Patrol if over your own province????
Yes, and more, planes also regenerate if they are on an attack flight or when they patrol enemy territory, but they have to start from your own airfield (be based on it).Prefector wrote:

(no cure on carriers or allied airfields or when in the air from there)
Ground units regenerate only on own territory, but also during movement and in ranged combat.
Healing during closed combat I didn't know before, but repeatedly observed it in the past few weeks.
(no cure on hostile, neutral or allied area)
Same for warships, but they regenerate wherever they have enough water under the keel;
because the oceans belongs to everybody.
However transport ships (the ground or air units in it) don't regenerate at sea or disembarkation - only during the embarkation from own territory.
How much will be cured depends on the damage respectively the remaining morality.
The less morality still exists, the greater is the cure.
The "approximate" formula for regeneration is: Damage x 0.15
Any decimal places in the new morality are randomly rounded up or down.
(the moral of the provinces or fortifications in there have no influence for healing)
Thank you for the info, very helpful.
