Planes patrolling when embargoed

I've been wondering, in one of my games I'm patrolling a country that I have trade embargoed, does that make the AI angry, or neutral, or do they have no effect? Please answer.

My father once said this: “If you don’t know anything, don’t assume you know and don’t say anything you don’t know is true”
I always got annoyed when he said that, but to be honest he’s kinda right if you think about it

AI doesn't like it. If they have trade embargo on you, they will declare war sooner or later.

Rule 1, on page 1 of the book of war, is: 'Do not march on Moscow'... Rule 2 is: 'Do not go fighting with your land armies in China.' - Bernard L. Montgomery

I think @DxC tested this and found patrolling AI territory to have no effect on next day morale
