Is there a way to invite some more people to join the round that i'm the game host and the only player atm?
Nope. As the game host, you can only remove players if you are the person who created this game or the person who replaced the old admin which was inactive. If the game is not full and before Day 10, I think, then more people can join but they cannot be invited.
What you do is to create the game with a password and set it for any number of players up to what is allowed for the scenario map. Then when you want to invite someone in, just give them the password.
