Possible Bug - Plane Takeoff

I have two planes that I was using to bomb enemy armies, an attack bomber and a strat bomber. They automatically redirected to an ally's landing strip even though their home strip wasn't destroyed. Now, they are just sitting there and won't move. I can select them and command them to do something and it will tell me how long it will take them to move to that place like normal but then they won't go anywhere and remain idle. It is still early game so 2 planes are valuable and I would prefer not waste them. I tried refreshing the page but it won't work. I am playing Domination Antarctica, if that helps.
