Yes, you can share maps with it. If your popularity is high, AI will give you RoW, and eventually Share Map.

Possible strange goings on No.1 The AI relationship.
Right if you have a country that is never played by a person i.e it is always AI can you share maps with it?
In a game where I sense something like the 'c' word may be happening?

It is technically possible, although unlikely. However, there is no way for other players to definitively know whether someone has SM with all AI. The only people who would know this would be GOs who are investigating something in the game.

If you seek through immediate action spying you can see another country's relations, yes?

if you spied enemy and see he has shared maps with all AI, it show only his relations, not relations of AI to him.

Yes, however, spies are not sufficient to have all of the information regarding this matter. The only way to have all of the information is to see everything, which other players cannot do.
