Post-Balancing RRGs: How Effective Are They?

The one time I used them they were too slow to put run units, got overwhelmed because I didn’t have enough meat shield ready. Their first level does so little damage it’s actually balanced! The second level is just as strong as the old days but comes so far later and is more expensive and such that you can have already won before RRG doom stacks are an issue.
