they said that in lore the soviet union broke up and that would justify georgia's flag, but in waw the year is somewhere between 1939 and 1945, when the soviet union still existed and georgia's flag would have been the soviet one

They were occupied by white army in the civil war, only killed when the reds secured Russia. Since they didn’t come to end them this time they probably still managed to exist.

That's what doesn't make sense. Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan all have their SSR flags in waw, so why doesn't Gerogia? I don't think the civil war had anything to do with it.Carking the 6th wrote:

Saviour is right. It really doesn’t matter. Georgia didn’t like the commies, and they don’t have to be commie as well. It really is not that big of a deal, Turkestan does not even have a communist flag. Nor do the Baltic states! Just let it be.

Lithuania was independent until 1940. But I guess it doesn't affect the gameplay, it's only a nuisance for the historians.
