Have you copied and paste the game id in new games? Once you find the game you will have to write down the password when you find the game id.

Private game
I was messaged by an alliance leader saying to join an alliance game, with a 7 digit code after it, which I am assuming is the Game ID/Code. I looked under Alliance Games and it was not under there. Is there some other way to join a game given it's ID? I have not found any forum that has answered this.

Visit the “new games” list and enter that number in the search box.
