Production, Construction and unit movement issues.

I recently got into this game recommended by a friend, and I will say I’m starting to like it. However, I got a new device and started playing CoW on it and for some reason I am unable to produce infantry or any units, the construction system does not work for me. Also unit movement appears to be bugged as well. No hate to the game I’m just curious if this happened to anyone else, or if there is a fix for these issues.
