also morale for both me and my ally is about the same in the early 90's
I am currently building a level 4 industry in one of my home cities.. but it still produces less resources than another member in my coalition who only has a level 2 industry. i look around the map in other games and on the first day i see cities all across the map with over 7000 resource production. what is going on?

Also some maps (like recent Christmas event) had a bunch of extremely high-yield provinces which started the game AI.
Well I've noticed that some cities and provinces don't have the same amount of resources production.For example your city might produce 2 XY resources and your coalition member have a city that produce 7 XY resources, I think there would be a difference, you will have to upgrade to higher levels.I hope I could make sense with it in simple words, maybe the mathematicians on the forum could explain it more in detail.Rudy21 wrote:
