Province Morale
What does the Morale of a Province actualy effect? Resources? Healing? I dont have a clue what else it could change.

Low morale can cause revolts, too.. Never a good thing.

other than gold and building fortifications, is there any other way to increase moral?

Morale will heal daily. Make sure you have enough food.

Click on the province in question to pull-up the Province Management pop-up; click on the provincial Morale info "i" button & look at the "Morale influences".patfan76 wrote:

You might see things like "Distance to Capital", "Neighbours", "At war with # countries", etc.; each with a (+) or (-) number after them (more likely a negative number in red). These are the things one can address to help raise that province's morale (some are easy; some aren't).
Fortifications increase provincial morale (not unit morale) but one would need to consider the resource expenditure and whether or not a Fortification is needed.
