Question about Antartica

Question: Is it possible to get the AI to give you RoW in Antartica.

I've already got a ceasefire (using shared map for popularity), but are they able to give RoW if I increase my popularity further.

Yes, AI in Antarctica behaves exactly like any other AI - eventually, if you keep up your popularity enough, AI will give you RoW etc.

I once was able to get Garrison Lindwurm to give me SM on Day 8, although I would say about 80% of the map went AI by Day 4, so I was able to give RoW to all of them. Was interesting because I got to see a sneak peek of the garrison units.

Couldn't you Order 66 them then? That keeps kinda OP ngl...
