A coalition can win the map. That is a major reason for joining a coalition.

Question about coalitions and victory
When I read the section about coalitions right a coalition cannot win the map. Does that mean there has to be some forced backstabbing at the end to determine a winner?

Another is that it is often hard to win a map solo.

There are some older threads about coalitions. Being able to win as a coalition is a more recent thing. Coalitions reaching 80% of the points available on the map will win.
In general, don't trust threads about anything over a few months old completely, as there are constant improvements, updates, bug fixes, and the like nearly every week.

Actually we updated some parts of the manual. We certainly did not add each new mechanic there, but for some we did (e.g. home defense). If there is any section missing something crucial or if some information is now false, please tell us (what and where).
