Thank for reply! I never wonder how V-2 rocket can do as much damage to units at least. They was able to do some minor damage to building and that was when they hitting a target. And I still wonder if it them who doing so much damage to my plane. So I i think they should just have building damage modifier, and very low. There strengh are much that they cant be intercept, otherwise they was costly to build and not very usuful except for inspire terror in population. So how they can even hit an unit and even more for planes? Even the rocket-artillery used in mass by Staline, did not do much damage, this one was good again for terror and can just mostly kill infantry.

Another thing that about nuclear it seem easy to build in mass. Only 2 day for production seem quite fast. I think it take several month to build just one, and the 2 lunched on JApan was the only ones USA got. Building other will have take month, if I remember well what I have read and see on it in the past. And they was dropped by a plane because they was real heavy. So I dont know the exact date for the first nuke missile, but pretty sure it was late after WW2, mostly because of the weight of the charge.

So I suggest Rocket doing just stategic-building damage and a lot much longer time for production of Nuke bomber. While for balistic Nuke, maybe another problem are more in the tech tree, because if we check after 40 we already in 1950, so I think the problem are there, tech it going to fast, maybe more time to research one tech but longer days ladder. And if we compare to troop movement it really not same time scaling.

The lvl 2 and higher rockets can't be shot down because they couldn't be shot down in WWII, even with Meteors.

Yes I know ! Even in our day we have difficulty to intercept balistic rocket.

I am guessing it is more a rocket barrage rather than just one rocket. As for the Katyusha, they were devastating. Germans feared them.
