Question about the Anti Air

If I order my Interceptor(s) to patrol a certain province, does an Anti Air unit from a neutral country shoot down my Interceptors?

No, planes on patrol is no act of war for the AI - but maybe for other players!

No. Because a neutral country is....neutral.
