I read somewhere that units stoped in a province, may increase there condition in around 15%
My question is: I only need to have them "parked" when day changes, or is it proportional to the amount of hours that unit was stopped in the province?

As long as your ground units are present within one of your own provinces, their combat condition will be restored 15% of their then-current battle damage. For example, the condition of a unit that has suffered 30% battle damage (the same as 70% current condition), will be restored 4.5% (= .15 x .30) at the next daily update.
In order to get the condition boost, your aircraft units must be present on one of your own air bases, flying between two of your air bases, or patrolling or attacking out of one of your bases. Aircraft carriers and allied air bases don't count.
Your naval units will receive the condition boost regardless of where they are located.

I do not believe that they need to be stopped in the province, just that they must be within the borders of your own province.
The length of time does not matter. You can capture a province a minute before day change, making it yours, and you get the healing effect.

Thanks to both of you.
For what I read before, I had the ideia that the unit had to be stopped in the province in order to heal.
Well, it will improve my operations, after knowing that units heal while moving inside my territory!
